Garneau's rigid and ultralight Carbon Composite HM Airlite soles are only 4.3mm thick, keeping you close to the pedals for awesome power, while Garneau's HRS-100 polymer heel-retention system and anti-slip spandex adds efficiency by locking your feet in place. There are also built-in air channels for comfort, plus toe and heel tabs for durability and traction. These sweet shoes also come with 2 pairs of Garneau's Ergo Air insoles, one with their Ice-Fil technology for hot days and one for the cold, too!
